Shane Pizzo is the Principal Broker and Founder of Propervise, Inc. A graduate from Arizona State University, Shane obtained his California real estate salespersons license during his final semester of college and quickly began practicing real estate in the greater San Jose area. After a few years, Shane obtained his broker’s license and completed rigorous training in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap’s founding office in Palo Alto. Through his extensive experience, he realized there was an opportunity to fulfill the need for competent and reliable property management in the Silicon Valley. Shane’s philosophy is different from most. He believes managing property is much more than collecting checks and occasionally driving by the property. Effectively managing a property requires exceptional care and attention to detail, providing owners not only with excellent management and operations services, but also serving as an advisor to his clients. Shane is passionate about real estate and dives deep into each property that he manages, searching for ways to increase revenues and better position the property in the market. In addition to being a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) through the California Apartment Association, Shane is also a member of The California Association of Realtors, The Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
